Donzoko Tied Vines

Tied Vines is a mixed fermentation saison, brewed with aged hops and lemon verbena. Fermented for 13 months with lees from English natural wine, then aged on pressed Bacchus grape skins from Hampshire. Spritzy and sour, with a delicate minerality and full grape flavour.
