This one is an absolute doozy of a California. All of the amazing lacto, sour, fruity-ness that you all know and love (or at least definitely should) but this time it’s thick. Like super THIIIICCCCC.

A juicy smoothie sour, sitting at 5.9% flavoured with blueberries and maple syrup. It’s bound to be the king of “pastry sours” in 2022 and possibly beyond.

We’ve used a new process this time around, which has allowed us to get WAAAAAAY more fruit into the final product, resulting in this super thick, textured beverage that feels like you’re truly sipping on a fresh smoothie.
