Dieu du Ciel! Solstice d'Été Framboise

The obvious and dominant acidity of the Summer Solstice is obtained naturally by letting the unboiled must sit for a few days. It is completed by the addition, during fermentation, of a phenomenal quantity of whole fruits.

The result is a very refreshing beer in which the acidity and the fruit used dominate unchallenged.
