Deya I'm Going Back to 505

I'm Going Back To 505 is a barrel-aged mixed fermentation ale. Primary fermentation took place on secondary use plums in one of our fruiting tanks – the residual yeasts, microbes and bacteria fermenting the beer. 505 was then conditioned in oak barrels for 8 months before packaging.
