Deya Steady Rolling Strata '23

Steady Rolling Strata is an interpretation of our most important beer- Steady Rolling Man. The base recipe is the same as for Steady; plenty of oats, NEIPA water profile and a fruity English ale yeast. We switch out all of the usual hop additions for Strata as a showcase of this amazing variety from Indie Hops. We use bang fresh Strata that Theo selected during the hop harvest this September.

We feel the recipe for Steady Rolling Man recipe is somewhat sacred. However, we thought Strata was well worthy of making an exception and it's really interesting to be able to taste aspects of our most beloved beer in the context of a different hop variety.
