We kept the base recipe true to Steady Rolling Man. From mash in up to the end of fermentation. We then substituted the Steady dry hop charge for 100% Nelson Sauvin Hops from Freestyle.

Hopefully, you can get some aspects of Steady peaking through. But the spotlight is on what Nelson Sauvin can do. Complex layers of passionfruit, gooseberry and tropical funk.
