Simple Wheat Thing is a young, mixed fermentation beer that has been fermented and conditioned in stainless steel. A delicate beer with fruity esters, low bitterness and clean acidity. This beer will pick up complexity over time. N.B this is the stainless steel version of the Barrel-Aged Simple Wheat Thing.
