Deya Muddy Waters

We decided to use all UK hops in the kettle and whirlpool, leaning on Phoenix for its deep orange and sweet spice character. The dry hop character of many American Brown Ales is often a combination of citrus and pine. We decided to give it a little twist. We used Idaho 7, Simcoe and Sabro. Aiming more for bright tropical fruit and a little sweet resin from the Simcoe, with a bass note of light tropical fruit and coconut from the Sabro.
