Deya Barrel-aged Simple Wheat Thing 375ml

This is a simple beer brewed with wheat that was fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, aged in oak for one year. It is a blend of multiple barrels to create the balance we are aiming for. Bright, clean and acidic with notable lemon and hay aroma and flavour. Beauty!
