De la Senne Winter Mess

The brainchild of two Brussels brewers, Brasserie de la Senne’s beers are made the old-fashioned way, and Winter Mess is no exception. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, and using only the finest ingredients, this attractive chestnut-coloured Christmas beer boasts a fine tan head, and releases thick waves of warming spices, dark malts, herbs and caramel. With a medium-body, the palate is a mix of sumptuous fruit, caramel, spices, and malt, with hops, yeast and dried fruit aplenty, that combine to give a sly, dry, bitter finish.
