Cloudwater Waiting Forever

Inspired by late-night laughs, drinking tequila in good company, this Pale Ale was aged in a single tequila barrel for five years before conditioning on yuzu and salt. It was blended with a portion of young foudre beer prior to bottling for extra brightness.
