Cloudwater Solid Air

Solid Air is our interpretation of a White IPA, brewed to emphasise softness, opacity and a restrained expression of hop character. A grist led by oats and wheat creates a pale, hazy body and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel, allowing hop nuance to sit gently rather than dominate. We’ve layered Nelson Sauvin for subtle white grape and mineral notes, Nugget CGX to provide clean, controlled bitterness, and Ariana and Citra for delicate citrus and soft floral aromatics. Fermented for balance, this is a winter-leaning IPA: calm, textural and intentionally understated.
