We take real satisfaction and pride in our ability to produce beers with a lower alcohol content but still load in all of the flavours you’d expect from something a bit stronger.

For this beer we started with protein rich grains to give a smooth and fluffy body, layered up with Mosaic, Loral and Nelson Sauvin in dry hop for a finish that’s a delightful combination of lemon, lime and white wine spritz, leading onto white peach, sweet orange and lemon thyme.
