A Negroni is a firm favourite around the brewery, so the chance to make a Non Alcoholic version in January was an exciting prospect. Sharp red fruits with the lasting bitterness you'd expect from the cocktail and a little fizz to leave this cocktail on the Sbagliato side of the spectrum. All the flavour none of the sacrifice.
