Cloudwater Modern Sparkling Cider

Modern Sparkling Cider is our first step into non-barley-based alcoholic drinks, and a deliberate exploration of how our approach to brewing translates into cider.

Fermented with a light wine yeast, chosen specifically to lift fruity esters and keep the profile bright and expressive rather than rustic, funky or phenolic. A light dry hop with Nelson Sauvin was added, not to make this "hop forward" but to subtly reinforce fresh fruit aromatics
