A deep dive into the impact of cryogenically frozen hops, focusing on differences between Cyro and Cyro Fresh hops: Simcoe and Krush. Cyro hops are dried and processed before being frozen, creating more concentrated hop oils for maximum efficiency in dry-hopping.

Cyro Fresh hops are flash frozen ‘wet’, locking in bright and fresh characteristics and allowing wet-hop style beers to be brewed all year round. We’ve crafted two IPA’s, one using Cyro hops and the other Cyro Fresh, so we invite you to lean into this exploration, form your own opinion and help us continue to develop modern hopping processes.
