Cloudwater Compared To Who?

Having spent time in bourbon barrels, this has the most familiar flavour profile among the Imperial Stouts we’re releasing this Christmas. Unlike the others, it veers away from a fruit-forward expression towards notes of caramelised sugar, treacle toffee and rich fruitcake instead. Vanilla, coconut and a light smokiness develop more towards the finish, which displays boozy warmth but stays smooth and rounded.
