Cloudwater Allusion of Choice

A refreshing wild sour, with a dry champagne finish, sweet strawberry fruitiness and complex acidity. Maturated in red wine barrels for 18 months. Blends oak with tonka, vanilla and black pepper to create a spicy and fruity finish.
