Chimay 175

In 2025, the Chimay Brewery has been brewing Trappist beers for 175 years. To celebrate this great achievement, the monks have produced Chimay 175.

Chimay 175 is a refreshing beer that immediately reveals a rich aroma, where spicy and fruity notes blend elegantly. The nose reveals the freshness of citrus fruits, enhanced by the spiciness of cardamom and coriander. A hint of red apple adds a sweet, fruity touch, while subtle accents of aniseed and vanilla enrich the aromatic complexity. The richness continues on the palate, with the lively spices perfectly balanced by the citrus fruits liveliness. The finish is dry and refined, fading gently to an elegant spiciness.
