Cantillon Nath '25/26

The history of Cantillon's experimentation with rhubarb dates to the release of Zwanze 2008. Four years later, the brewery released another rhubarb lambic for Zwanze 2012. In the years between 2012 and 2017, at least two other batches of "Lambic Rhubarbe" were bottled and kegged, usually being sold and labelled as Zwanze 2012, or simply Z12.

These rhubarb lambics happened to be Jean's wife Nathalie's favourite lambics, and he had previously stated that he intended to make the rhubarb lambic a semi-regular seasonal beer.
