Burning Sky Recusant

Recusant is a wild Belgian style ale. Mashed with Pilsner and Vienna malt, fermented with ale yeast and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis then dry hopped with Styrian Goldings. Recusant refuses to submit or comply.
