Burning Sky Assemblage 2

Assemblage 2 is a unique beer bringing together 2020’s Coolship 3 blend, aged mixed fermentation Saison and two-year-old Lambic from Belgium. This was then lightly dry-hopped with whole leaf Goldings before bottling and further ageing.
