Burning Sky Saison Provision

‘Saison Provision’, has now returned to its original format, bottle conditioned in 750ml Champagne bottles. This is the first release and sees the beer maturing an extra 2 months in bottle prior to release. This tavern strength farmhouse beer is fermented with our house mixed fermentation culture of Saison yeast and a blend of Lactobacillus and Brettonamyces. Aged in oak foudres, the resulting beer is tart, crisp, slightly sour and incredibly refreshing.
