Burning Sky Doppelbock

Traditionally brewed using Narke Munich, Pilsner, Bohemian and Carapils malt and subtly hopped with Sladek and Premiant varieties. Our Dopplebock is cold fermented using and authentic Bock yeast, then lagered. Expect rich bready aromas and boozy fruitcake flavours.
