Burning Sky Coolship No.5 '22

Coolship 2022 is a blend of spontaneously fermented barrel-aged beers from different brewing seasons.

We use a traditional turbid mash schedule followed by an extended boil and wild inoculation overnight in our coolship before transferring to barrels for a lengthy fermentation. Oaky, with a pleasing acidity this beer is unique to our landscape.
