Choose Any Memory is a mixed fermentation beer that has been aged for 7 months in oak barriques and stainless steel on fresh raspberries. A varied grain bill and very low hop usage gives our unique yeast culture room to provide crisp acidity and a delicate funk to perfectly compliment the sharp sweetness of the fruit.
