Sparkling cider macerated on pulp. Ribston, Husmor, Holsteiner and wild seedling. On the nose – Pineapple with a distant smokiness. On the palate – Full-bodied, smoky with passionfruit. Prominent, but smooth bitterness in the finish with a bit of apricot that sits on the back of the tongue.
