3 Fonteinen Zenne y Frontera

For this ‘classic’ version of the Zenne y Frontera, we blended no fewer than five different barrels of sherry-aged lambics. The barrels are a mix of two very old oloroso and two amontillado barrels, and one PX barrel from three small family bodegas.

Bodegas Joséfa Perez and Fernàndez Gao are both located in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, and Gutiérrez Colosia is located in El Puerto De Santa María. We aged four-year-old lambics for an additional year on these sherry casks. Consequently, the weighted average age of this blend is over 58 months
