Braybrooke (x Standard Brew) Cold IPA #014

We have teamed up with our good friends and IPA specialist, Standard Brew Co., to create the Cold IPA #014. This is the 14th edition of their small-batch IPA series and we are honoured to have brewed it together here at Braybrooke.

This Cold IPA, which despite the name is actually a lager, was fermented with our house lager yeast at high temperatures and then double dry-hopped with the New Zealand hop varieties, Riwaka and Nectaron. Fruity and tropical notes are the signature of the New World hops, enriched by the addition of flaked oats, wheat and barley, making it naturally hazy. A real tropical juice IPA with the refreshing character of our lagers.
