Boerenerf Alsacien

Let yourself be taken on a surprising journey to Alsace and discover the combination of our local craftsmanship with that of others. A journey that led us to Domaine Achillée, known for their Quetsch wine made from plums grown in their own orchard.  

In collaboration with the domain, we macerated their Quetsch plums with our young and old Lambics. The blend underwent a six-month maceration.

Quetsch plums, a variety mainly found in the northeastern regions of France, belong to the same stone fruit family as cherries. Their rich, artisanal qualities are a perfect match for our Lambic, adding depth and character to this exceptional blend.
