Brewed to have a soft bitterness and stone fruit juiciness. A simple malt base makes way for the hops to shine on this beer. After boiling with magnum for a soft rounded bitterness we add in loads of El Dorado hops during the chilled whirlpool, to bring peach notes. After fermentation, we've then added an equal amount of First Gold and Azzaca to bring soft tropical notes to make this an easy-drinking IPA.
