Blackjack Salvation!

An IPA style beer but made to be a more sessionable strength giving you the chance to get your hop hit over a longer stay at the pub. Fermented with a neutral yeast to allow the hops to shine we've used comet and galaxy hops for big soft fruit aroma - think peach and apricots. With a pleasing bitter bite & relatively dry finish this beer is our go to pint at the end of the day. VISUAL: bright pale gold with a foamy white head AROMA: Soft fruit and a measured pithy snap TASTE: Peachy with a background of zest & a sweetness that yields to a lingering bitterness MOUTHFEEL: A clean, medium body with a delicate caramel chew
