Blackjack Caminada

Based on the World famous imperial stouts produced by Barclay Perkins breweries, we've kept this beer relatively simple. Base malt is backed up with additions of Black and Brown malt for colour and flavour with a bit of flaked unmalted barley to give body to the beer. Big additions of liquid molasses were added as we filled the kettle to give big flavour. Hop additions were kept simple with a bit of mittelfruh for classic noble hop balance as well as Phoenix hops to nod towards our regular stout.
