Bibock is our unique homage to the most vigorous creations of the Germanic school: Bock, a name derived from the corruption of Einbeck, the city where this beer style was born, but also "goat" in German. Bibock is elegant, forceful, a surprisingly gentle, powerful entry, poised between bitterness and honey, captivating and difficult to tame.
