Saint Mars of the Desert (x Ideal Day) Biére de Miel '25

A collaboration brewed with Ideal Day Family Brewery from Cornwall, & using local Walkley Workers Honey from Sheffield. Ideal Day brought a sack of their biodiversity-rich unmalted wheat, making this beer just a little better for the bees out there.

The beer has a rich golden honey colour, and the aroma and flavour don’t let us down, with great honey character carrying over. Slightly spicy, and not too sweet. This beer was refermented in the bottle. We’re proud and can’t wait for you to try it!

330ml bottle, 7.5% ABV
