A sour beer made with flaked wheat, pilsner malt and lactobacillus before being conditioned over freshly pureed organic raspberries. It’s delicate, crisp, sweet and tart all at once with jammy Beaujolais-like flavours of cherry, blackcurrant and cranberry.
