Beak Western Seaboard Project #1

Welcome to the first instalment of the Western Seaboard Project, a new series of American IPAs inspired by contemporary Pacific coast beer culture. The focus of these beers is less on bitterness and more on crisp, paired back malt profiles with modern, ultra-vivid hop character. WSP #1 features ultra-fresh Strata and hand-selected Mosaic and Citra from the latest Yakima Chief Hops harvest.
