Beak Percolate

This Imperial Stout was brewed with our friends from Hard Lines Roastery in Cardiff. Built on a rich, full- bodied stout base, we steeped 30kg of whole bean coffee to draw out a soft, layered extraction.

The washed Ethiopian beans bring clarity and lift, amplifying the stout’s caramel richness with delicate notes of peach and tangerine. Deep, smooth, and quietly vibrant.
