A Table beer. Although low in alcohol, it has a huge hop flavour. Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin at 8g/L. Maris Otter malt is back up with lots of oats and wheat, and mashed hot to maintain plenty of unfermentable sugars.
