Balance (x Matt Gregory) Veer

A true beer-wine hybrid, produced by blending a barrel of Matt Gregory's Red Field Blend 2022 with 18-month-old Balance barrels. aged together in tank and bottle for a further year.

Tannic and effervescent with cranberry, cherry and funky leathery notes on the nose. There's spicy wood and cinnamon melding with blackberry, blackcurrant and thyme leading on the palate. On the finish, there's white pepper and subtle warming spice, all wrapped up in sweet woodsmoke.
