Balance Saison de Maison VI

The sixth iteration of our house saison. A blend of barrel-aged beer fermented with saison yeast, lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Dry hopped with Bramling Cross and UK Chinook.

UK Chinook brings a punchy, vibrant fruitiness with an assertive, resinous quality that sits perfectly against the softer, earthy spice and biscuity notes of Bramling Cross. Lemon pith, dried apricot and subtle notes of sage all interweave, leading to a crisp finish. Drink fresh or age to see where the funk takes it.
