Damson Wild Ale. Bright, refreshing acidity leads into the jammy hedgerow berry fullness. The beer brings wine-like structure from the fruit and wood. The funk is subtle and fruity with marzipan, light red wine and vanilla character filling the palate. The finish is refreshing damson skin dryness and spicy, woody notes.
