Ayinger Celebrator

A dark brown pour with a fine, creamy head. Wafts of caramel and dried fruit on the nose, the aroma puts us in mind of a nice sherry. A velvety texture with beautifully balanced sweet malt flavours, a little bitter chocolate and dark fruit.

You’ll notice the alcohol on this one; there’s a comforting, warm and boozy quality, and the finish has just enough bitterness to counteract some of those sweet notes.
