Ayinger Celebrator

A dark brown pour with a fine creamy head. Wafts of caramel and dried fruit on the nose, the aroma puts us in mind of a nice sherry. A velvety texture with beautifully balanced sweet malt flavours, a little bitter chocolate and dark fruit. You’ll notice the alcohol on this one, there’s a comforting warm and boozy quality, and the finish has just enough bitterness to counteract some of those sweet notes. A true favourite and a stonking example of the style, find something to celebrate as soon as you can and be sure to order extra, you’ll be sad when you’ve finished this one.
