Utilising mixed fermentation and barrel ageing techniques to provide depth and complexity, our "Figure" range shows off a refined, sophisticated side to beer. Fig. 2 has notes of passion fruit and caramelised pineapple. Crisp and sparkling with plenty of oak flavour from the barrel gives this a distinguished dry white wine character.
