Aeblerov (x People Like Us) Bade #7

Bade & 7. Half Beer, Half Cider. Consists of Wild Fermented cider from organic pears and apples blended with wort from People Like Us’ session IPA “Reclaimed Madness”.

In this version of Bade & we did a 50/50 blend of intensely hoppy wort from People Like Us with wild Aeblerov cider and let that do its thing, before finally dry-hopping it with Chinook hops from crosby hops . It’s one hoppy, tart and funky beast!
