3 Fonteinen Framboos Oogst 2019 750ml

We used summer raspberries for this particular Framboos. We kept the maceration short to nicely fuse the fruitiness, acidity and soft lambic.
The lambic used comes from 3 different barrels and 5 different brews, two from Lindemans (80%) and three from us (20%).
