Vault City Pear & Vanilla

After some big heavy hitters and a meander into a few cocktail-inspired beers, we wanted to bring some subtlety and delicacy back for our latest Modern Sour Beer. Taking a very seasonal approach we’ve refermented pears for a delicate, almost floral character to pair with our spritzy mixed-culture sour base beer. The addition of vanilla rounds out the finish with a creamy texture and hint of sweetness. Crisp as the dry leaves underfoot and comforting as a place by the fire. The perfect start to Autumn!
