Saint Mars of the Desert Fruit Stingo Raspberry

Introducing the first in a new series of sour beers, called stingos. Dann has a blog up about it all on their website beerofsmod.co.uk. This first is a sour beer produced using a fermentation with raspberries in our oak foeder, blended with some of the same beer fermented in barrels and then refermented in stainless steel.
