Unrivalled combo of Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic. Intense, pure, tropical with fine structure, mouthfeel and bitterness. There is no better hop combination.  End of.  Oats bring softness whilst a touch of Carahelles brings some light biscuity, creamy notes and a lovely orange hue.  After that hops dominate.  We dry hopped warm twice (rather than our usual warm and cool dry hop mix).  This results in an extraordinarily tropical, pineapple and mango dominated beer.  Less fresh hop bag, more Caribbean island.  Overall, soft, creamy and, yep, tropical.
