For our 2023 American Barleywine, we have selected 7 of our favourite hops from this year: Azacca BBC, Meridian, Bru-1, Luminosa, Belma, Zappa, Bru-1 & Lupomax, coming in at an ABV of 11.2%. Either choose to drink it fresh, or you can wait for it to age past 6 months & see the flavours develop over time.
